5) Choose Pay via Credit/ Debit Card in payment method [only in case of online payment].

6) Choose Non-Filer in Tax Information

7) Add any more details if you want to mention, in the comment section and Confirm Order. It will take you to HBL Payment Gateway [only in case of online payment].

8) Fill in your card details and pay [only in case of online payment].
