What is Roshpack’sreturn policy?

Return any stock item within 7 days for a return by intimating Roshpack customer service representative within 2 days of receiving the order except:

  • Custom Items
  • Items marked "non-returnable"

Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders. Due to product nature, custom and made-to-order products cannot be accepted for return unless the product was initially defective.

  • Call us at 042-32300010, 00923476747225 or email us at info@roshanpackages.com.pk to submit your return request.
  • A Customer Service Representative will provide a Return Authorization Number to the customer which customer need to paste while shipping back the product.
  • QC team will check the product quality of returned product
  • We will initiate your refund process within 7-10 working days to the same payment option(s) originally used to make payment while placing the order.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 4 hours of the order being placed. Please call us at 042-32300010 or email us at info@roshanpackages.com.pk. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied post-order, nor can their effects.

To return a product ordered from RoshPack, just follow below procedure:

RoshPack offers you a hassle-free Returns Policy. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, Within 7 days of shipment receipt, for a full refund (Customers will be responsible for shipping charges, if customer received incorrect product then Roshpack will be responsible for shipping charges). This policy does not apply to custom printed orders.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return the material back to us and we will issue a full refund (without shipment charges) upon receipt of material & quality check. When you return a product, please call or email us the reason and we will send you an RMA number and address where to return the product. Please place the item along with the with RMA number, original invoice into a secure packaging, and ship it back to the address given in the email you received. Rest assured, we will refund the full cost of the returned item.

If you receive a damaged item from RoshPack:

We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you on RoshPack was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at info@roshanpackages.com.pk within 24 hours of material receipt. We will contact the courier partner and initiate a transit damage claim. Once the material is received back, replacements will be sent out to you.
